Luck. Transferring money to themselves using Cash App, Venmo, Apple Cash and the like.

If you’re doing it explicitly to earn money off of the Lucky swipe your account will be terminated

I've confirmed with yotta that that's false

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the support team is smart enough to know what I was talking about, feel free to clarify with them if you want.

I’ve seen this before. Also my monthly effective apr dropped to .3% this month. If I don’t get some turnaround this month pulling my $10k and dropping it with the rest of my savings in Marcus.

What is Marcus?

Savings account run by goldman sacs, currently offers 1% apy but I don't know why someone would switch, part of yotta is the risk of getting a lower apy if you want to minimize that risk throw all of your tickets into the reddit pool.

Oops I’m on this list “Blane” 😂

How did you win in Jan and March? You were showing your friend in Jan and again in March?

2
BlaneInKC•

No, the Venmo I clearly remember sending to my friend to show another friend how the little graphic works showing you how many bonus tickets you get and if you win or not. For Cash App, I do add money sometimes when I either use their Cash App card boost, ATM, or need an ACH withdrawal. That one was just luck in a separate month. I usually always add more than I need knowing if I win I’ll get a little extra.

whats the secret

BlaneInKC•

I think the Venmo I had transferred to my best friend to show her how to get bonus tickets and I just happened to hit the free purchase and she just venmo’d it right back to me lol. The Cash App I was checking to see if it would work and sure as shit it did. But I haven’t really won on any of those Apps since the beginning of the year.

wow that's awesome

there's probably enough people consistently cycling that a couple of people are bound to get this lucky

Yotta has/had strict monthly and yearly transfer limits. Cash app also caps at $7500 per week. And Apple Cash at 10,000

That list updates in a finicky way. I wouldn't be surprised if the double name/same prize on different weeks is a listing glitch.

Didn't the same person win a tesla twice in a row too? Or maybe I'm misremembering

-1
1FrostySlime•

Definitely not, the chance of that happening is in the quadrillions

3
pogostickshrewd•

It looks like you're the one who posted it, although now I'm realizing maybe you meant two different winners, but occurring two weeks in a row?

yes, just two back to back tesla wins, different winners.

4
pogostickshrewd•

Got it thanks, completely misread that and thought it was the same person twice in a row and thought it was crazy

Lots of people named those names, remember when all the boys were named Jason and the girls Brittney?
