If you see bigotry in posts or comments, whether that's racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or whatever else - please report it. It helps us clean it up more efficiently.

If you post or comment any of the above - including such things like "black crime statistics", "trans women aren't women", or "LGBTQ+ is a mental disorder" (these are depressingly common) - you will be permanently banned. You would think this wouldn't need saying, but an increasing number of people seem to think that because polls are supposed to be unbiased / neutral means we must allow bigotry.

This is simply not true.

If you post or comment something like this and aren't permanently banned, it is not because we tolerate it but rather because it was lost in a sea of likely equally vitriolic comments that has to be waded through at all times to make sure we root out the assholes. To re-iterate: Bigots aren't welcome here. No, we don't care that "we're infringing on your free speech by removing your harmless comments" - bigots aren't welcome here.

I am sure many people who are bigots will ignore this message as they believe it doesn't apply to them, but it is what it is. We may be trying out some new mod stuff to see if we can't handle all this more efficiently.
