will a Dr give me a drs note for morning sickness?

My morning sickness at the moment is unbearable im 12 weeks and struggling to work. I've had so many days off so far and only manage about 2 days a week at work powering through.

Thing is the nausea lasts all day but I'm only sick once. I throw up if I take any pills and the sickness medication I was given to keep down my antibiotics a few weeks ago make me so drowsy I can't concentrate. I use them occasionally at home but always feel guilty.

I wish I could just take a couple of weeks off and get full pay but I'd need a sick note from the dr and I don't know if they'll provide me with one or if I'm just being lazy.
