Go to [dmv.ca.gov](https://dmv.ca.gov), open the chatbot (ask DMV), type in, "Agent" and chat with a person.  They should be able to look up your record and tell you what's up.  When you renewed, and you answered the question about diabetes, I assume you paid your fee.  So maybe something just fell through the whatever.

Go to your nearest DMV and apply for renewal in person.

I submitted my driver's license renewal last year and marked I was diabetic on the form.

After I found out I had to contact the Office of Driving Safety I finally had an interview with them and was cleared to get my license about a month ago.

Since then I have heard nothing about the renewal.  I've tried renewing online again but it says I'm not eligible.

What would be the best way to find out my status and finally clear this up?
