Is the fair free gen admission or you have to get the $38 advanced fun pass? Anyone go this year yet, Is it worth it? Website a bit confusing.

Do they still do bag checks? Last time my mom brought water bottles but that was 3 years ago

They do, you have to get your back checked out & go through the security check like you would if you went to a game

Super lame . . . I always just go to the fairs for the food and to look at the animals and all that. I never go on any of the rides.
This will surely deter a lot of people. $40 is absurd. Even $20 is crazy for fair admission.
Same here. Maybe it'll turn off the bad crowds. I remember one year there was a shooting.
