Line of succession

Hi, I’m in a bit of confusion regarding te line of (imaginair) succession. Isn’t Maria Olympia first born and therefore heir to the throne after het father? Why is Constantine the heir? Does Greek monarchy disregard women? In the Netherlands its just whoever gets born first gets the title hence my confusion
