Reminds me of the Black Flag Justin Bieber shirt that floated around for like a whole year. This one is a little more subtle.

I'm so over this kind of shirt. There's not even a clever wordplay, it's just "what if Crass but T-Swift lolol'.
Also, I know it's kinda the point, but could there be a less appropriate band to use than Crass? Flux of Pink Indians, maybe? Anti-Cimex?

People will start a t-shirt company through an instagram profile, slap the Joy Division Unknown Pleasures artwork on a shirt with the text "DUA LIPA" or "OLIVIA RODRIGO" and think they've made the coolest, most clever shirt in the world.
My favorite Unknown Pleasures shirt I saw said “Pee is stored in the balls.”
My buddies and I giggled about it for days.
The best was when The Hard Times made a shirt from the back cover of the album.

The company has tons of way more clever shirts than this. This is just the one I snagged because I have an extremely stupid sense of humor.
Some old acquaintances of mine in Canada started selling Bieber Flag shirts. Justin Bieber/Black Flag. They are rad. I got one. Shortly after they got a cease and desist from Black Flag.
You are correct that "Taylor Swift + Crass = LOL" is an extremely stupid joke.
