zero item batch? anyone else experience this?

It's a Delivery Only

Michaels doeant use instacart for thier online orders. So Instacart doesnt know what the heck you are picking up.

This happens on delivery only orders that aren’t ready yet normally

It’s a delivery only order. They just started showing up, in my zone, last week.

Maybe they need you)

I got one yesterday, its delivery only.. but it was too big for bags which is why it said zero (it ended up being 20 canvas boards) at least that's what the employee at Michael's stated.
