Oppressor MKII complainers are either 1) inept and poor low levels that have no clue or 2) tryhard jet griefers that care little about doing missions/jobs/heits/events/etc. and want to dominate the lobbies.

99% of MKll complainers are from peaceful players that keep getting griefed whilst driving around in their WEAPONLESS vehicle or they are doing missions to earn money. It has nothing to do with being a low level, and it has everything to do with the way you chose to play the game. I’m level 307 and I’ve constantly been killed by oppressors just because I decide to not buy the weaponised vehicles and engage in pvp.
Tbf a lot of people complain about being killed while they’re not even doing anything important. If you’re not running a sell mission or transporting something, then you’re basically an NPC

game balance? how is nerfing the mk2 and giving the jets free reign "balancing the game"? come on now! let's get serious.
Jets can be countered by an ordinary heavy sniper, explosive rounds ruin them basically instantly and there's no counter for explosive rounds when in a jet (beyond approaching from the height limit lol), additionally, the Lazer+Hydra are far worse than various other planes at dogfighting.
The biggest difference is that jets take some degree of skill to use, you can't just get in one and mindlessly press the fire button for free kills like you can with a MK2 - additionally this you can't spawn a jet right beside you.
The MK2 has no hard counter barring explosive rounds which on PC is fine, but it's annoying as fuck needing to run e-rounds because nothing else barring maybe someone back to back spamming jets actually requires.
Regardless, 'but what about jets' doesn't change the fact the MK2 is both one of few vehicles with more than 1 viable counter and one of the easiest to use - but no means am I saying death beam jets shouldn't also be nerfed however.

I was one of those low levels. Then I learned how to play the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and now i've got a 2.07 k/d from getting revenge on all the assholes that have tried to grief me. LEARN TO PLAY THE GAME!!!!!!
I think you’ve read me wrong lol, I do like the violence and even the occasional PvP when it is BALANCED. I love PvP with snipers and ARs.
You do realise that GTAO isn’t primarily about PvP right? The main goal of GTAO is to earn money, and you literally lose money when you engage in PvP in free roam.
Your problem is that you play GTAO a specific way, which is neither the right or wrong way, it’s just preference. But you can’t seriously say that anyone that doesn’t like being griefed when they chose to play a different way are either a noob or a jet griefer.

explosive snipers are not convenient at all. plus they are expensive. it is NOT a good solution to jet griefers. not at all.

In what sense is it not a good solution to jet griefers? You can literally take them down in two shots and if you place yourself in a good spot, they can’t kill you while you’re shooting them.
Yes, e rounds are expensive which prevents everyone using them in standard free mode PvP which would majorly throw the balance but considering you have 800m+, you should have the weapon locker unlocked on everywhere you can to make it more convenient and also not have to worry about refilling sniper ammo for 30k
I haven’t used mine in over a year and a half I use sparrow mostly these days it’s faster slightly too
it is faster in a straight line. however it is not more convenient or as useful. plus it blows up when the wind blows to strong.
It’s actually very convenient it has unlimited missiles and spawns rights next to you very useful on Cayo prep missions and whatever else you are doing

I’d say a lot of complaints about the mk2 are valid, mainly because the main counter to a mk2 is a mk2 (not to say there isn’t other very specific counters) which just devolves into a giant mess.
If their was an equally god tier vehicle / weapon that could easily beat the mk2, I doubt there would be as much complaints.
Example: if you could do sell missions with an Imani Tech vehicle, this would prevent the majority of grinders complaining about the mk2 spam as the vast amount of mk2 users, solely rely on their god tier missles.
Personally, mk2 users don’t bother me. I know how to counter them and I know I can always hop on my mk2 to kill them while flying upside down.
Or just regular guys that can tell the MK2 locking system is absurdly overpowered.

I use mines mainly for grinding but Don’t cross my flight path Because if you close enough for my rockets to lock on I’m firing sucks to be them 🤷🏾♂️

When on MK I always turn of auto lock in hopes ppl will realize im friendly , very nice to be able to spawn a flying bike next to you an zoop across the map in very little time , shame ppl abused it and it's got a bad wrap :(
