let ex-friend borrow my stuff and now she’s refusing to return it

during our friendship, she borrowed over $200 worth of my stuff with the promise of returning it. now after our friendship has ended, she is refusing to return my stuff and has claimed to “not have it”. what can i do legally (texas)?
