I(M19) am getting no response from my LDR partner(18-19,TG FTM) and I’m getting worried, any advice?

So recently, for whatever reason, an argument sparked between me and my partner, and ever since then it’s been nothing but radio silence, no answer when I call,text or email

A friend noticed this as well and is equally as worried, because while this is normal, with the argument, it was a definite shock because, I imagined it was going to be maybe a few days of silence, so that my partner can process what just happened but it’s already been a bit since the argument(there was another one before this which ended with cancelled plans on meeting/moving in together,which I more than likely would’ve posted about), I’m worried because there’s so many different possibilities but I have this weird feeling that somehow or someway, they’ll be fine and everything will be back to normal hopefully, any sort of advice that could be helpful?
