What Resets have you guys done recently??

Last reset I did was beverages and all these other ones aren’t happening, I have 70-90 hours less every week this year vs last year so no I’m not wasting my time on something stupid, I got freight to keep up with.

Drink and Snacks. Almost nobody sticks with them now lmfao. We're doing a chemical reset soon too. Ugh.

Unless it is seasonal we don't do the resets anymore, no hours or no staff.

Only party because it needed it. I said I won't do any resets until corporate allows us to staff the store properly.

Good for you! I usually ignored the resets when I was merch manager at DT because there were barely enough hours to push regular freight, let alone redo a whole section. Unrelated, got fired by DM for some absolute nonsense (coincidentally right after asking for a raise after 6 years of over performing), and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. By far worst run retain company.

Party, I was handed a black and white copy from the office printer of how the reset needed to look which included a complaint from the ASM about DT being to cheap to give them a color printer. Not fun

My store doesn't do any of them because we don't have the staff or the time to do them.

We have a big fright team 7 people and we seem to have resets every two weeks and it kills us because it doesn’t fit our store and our manager makes us do them
