The poem is about how I used to be ashamed of my family, the parts you said you were interested to understand is the way physically I’m bound to be like them and the other one is how they will remain in their mediocrity and never change. I do feel like I am bad at explaining haha. I will keep writing and thank you so much for your nice words <3

You wanna see *my* first poem? Just kidding, it no longer exists. This is good - I wish Reddit wasn’t so Nazic about line breaks. I’d be interested in reading about your inspiration for this piece. The parts about blood, about people walking behind you, about tears - they all intimate something I can’t discern.  
  
I hope you keep writing. The whole of Reddit’s poetry subs might not be the best place, nor the most welcoming, for someone who’s just starting out, so I want to say up front that you shouldn’t let anyone’s comments discourage you (if it comes to that).  
  
Despite the fact that I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes to understand everything, you have a firm handle on the meter and pace behind piece-mealing your feelings to the readers so that they maintain interest but aren’t inundated all at once with a barrage of emotion and/or mystery.

That's what I'm telling you, dude, TWO spaces at the end of every line.

Wow! That was your FIRST poem? You have serious talent, you're a natural! All you need to do is put double spaces at the end of every line for it to clear to the next row. Like this.

This is the first time I ever wrote something, I think it’s pretty obvious too. I wanted to show it somewhere and I think here is good enough since it’s anonymous. I do feel like it is extremely bad but I would like some constructive criticism and what I can improve on because I enjoyed writing more than I thought. Anyway here it is!!!
