Custom Cabnit Gamepad Issue

I’m on windows 10 I use the EG Starts Classic Arcade Game DIY Part for Mame USB Cabinit set found here https://a.co/d/iSYGXW0

I’m having a few issues with my new cabnit. Biggest of which is players 1&2 will just completely swap. This is happening on a windows level as my launchbox, mame, and browser gamepad tester all show it.

Another issue with the gmaepad is once in a while i’ll play a game and player 3 will just join after I hit some button on my player one controls. Sometimes my one pad is controlling both. I feel like my pc just keeps swapping and adding “controllers” on a whim.

Is there any application or drivers or something to fix this issue? Give you more control over your fightstick? Thanks in advance.
