What is the significance of the lady in the green dress in the pilot episode?

I've always wondered this. Right before Walt passes out and falls down he looks at the lady in the green dress getting into the car. Does she represent something? Does he dress relate to the theme colors of BB which is that shade of green? What does this mean?
