Anyone know if http://panelsoncampus.info/ is legit?

I keep getting emails from these guys, via my university, offering money for surveys. It's supposedly vetted by the college so that makes me slightly trusting, but I'm still not sure it's worth the time. FWIW, I googled the email it came from and didn't find anything horrifying. But still ... would love to know if anyone has experience with them.
