What is the sexdrive of animals (excluding humans)

I was at a friends house with a dog who was never neutered, compared to my dogs, which have always been girls (dont know a girl dogs equivalent to being neutered). So it got me thinking does a neutered dog have a higher sex drive compared to a non neutered dog. And expanding on this, do certain species feel a need to have sex more than humans. From my experience, humans are a horny bunch and I dont know any other species that have a higher sexdrive (masturbation/intercourse related) than humans. Please science explain yourselves
