I own a Minecraft server which is currently being heavily renovated.

I am looking for a group of mature (16+) people to provide suggestions / feedback during the renovation (Basically tell us what you like servers to have, and if you like specific ideas / suggestions), and then to take places as staff members on the server (Moderators / Admins) once the renovation is complete. As a Moderator / Admin you would help run the server and help the other players on the server and / or stop them from griefing etc.
