Reddit, next month I'll be attending community college as a freshman, I was an unmotivated slacker in high school. I want utilize my experience to the fullest. Any tips?

tldr: I didn't really apply myself in high school and now that I'm about to go to college I want to make sure I do the best of my abilities. I'm super excited and motivated about school, I just got a nice raise at work and things are starting to work out in my life. Any tips on studying, coursework, overall college?
