Can someone examine a game of mine and tell me what I could've done better?

I'm finding it hard to play pub games recently and I don't know why, maybe I've developed some bad habits or I'm not doing things that weren't required previously, but if anyone could watch the game and give me some feedback I'd be hugely grateful. The match ID is 25152708, I'm the Chaos Knight (Lunchbox). As a note, sometimes it looks like I'm just clicking on the floor and dancing around. I am, technically, but I'm probably looking at the minimap and seeing where everyone is.
