Oregon moves towards legalizing marijuana - Initiative 9, the Oregon Cannabis Tax Act, will regulate cannabis for adult use, license cannabis for commercial sale, and allow Oregon farmers to grow hemp for biofuel, food, sustainable fiber and medicine.
