Help transfering from ssd to hdd

So i recently built a gaming rig and went with a SSD for storage. It is only 128gb and after collecting a few games i see that i need something bigger. I got a 500gb hdd and heres where i am at a loss. I would like to use the SSD as the boot drive with windows and put all of my games, media, etc. on the hdd. Is there an easy way to do this or will i just have to transfer media and games to the hdd manually? Im mainly a mac guy so this is pretty new ground for me. Any help is appreciated.
