Guys I really need help about something important, I'm panicking pretty hard

So my dad and I recently started smoking weed together, like 5 times a day. One day we were smokin and he said grab the rolling papers, next to them was a small pill box. I took a couple out to see what they were and they're 1 mg xanax. there's about 50 in the box. I can't pretend it happened so should I talk to my dad about it or like take 10? Ughhhh so congused
