Been taking shots at 10NL this month... need some advice/encouragement

And it hasn't been going well. Last month I was playing 4NL on Merge and built up my BR. I started taking a few shots at 10NL and it started out pretty well and then in the span of about 1200 hands I lost ~9 BIs. I went back to 4NL and started playing there again exclusively. I also deposited $60 more since my deposit bonus ran out(good timing, right?), now I am back up to $210.(started at about 220 last time). I just got 35% RB, which has helped a ton.

The tables seemed more spew happy/psychotic than 4NL if that is even possible. I feel pretty comfortable at 4NL. I tried playing 2 tables of 10NL alongside 4 tables of 4nl today. Luckily I was able to stack some fish just before I was going to cut off my session, but it just wasn't going very well.

Does anyone have any advice for my next attempt? Maybe I should just try 3/4 tables of 10NL until I get comfortable and pad my bankroll? What is a good stop loss to put in place... that is obviously what went wrong during my last attempt. Should I just stop playing the moment I stack off with something stupid? I don't really want to have to grind out another 40 dollars at $4NL.
