I've never felt so loved leaving a job.

Today is my last day before I am officially unemployed. I work front desk at a small Hilton hotel just outside of Las Vegas. I have had countless guests give me hugs and tell me how much they will miss me. (The hotel is extended stay for business travelers) I have gotten hand shakes, well wishes, and great words from everyone. There is a very big client staying with us, who gave me her personal cell phone and email and told me to call/email her when I decide to go back into the workforce (I'm having a baby in a few weeks) for a reference. She said that I have gone above and beyond for her and her clients and she would love to put in a great word for me. Or even use her connections to help me find something when the time is right! I feel so great right now! I have nobody to share this excitement and feeling of accomplishment with at the moment, so I had to put it somewhere. Thanks for listening Reddit!
