Pretty sure I got ripped off but want an opinion.

hello bropies. I bought from a friend who's always getting great product. Today he sold me a .5 and it looked suspect when I opened the bag. It was like little brown pebbles, with the occasional white little pebble. I crushed it up in to a fine power and shot a little just as a test. Felt no rush, so I ended up snorting the rest as a 2nd test b/c if it was bum stuff, I didn't want to introduce it in to my veins. It definitely made me feel weird and lethargic, but never contracted my pupils or had any of the real signs of a good dope high. Was this just real weak dope or was I totally ripped? I live in VA, anyone in the mid east coast seen any dope like this? Sorry, no pics.
