Ghost or something else?

Earlier tonight i was sitting in my room about to play some music when i could have sworn i herd heavy breathing, at first i thought it was my own breath so i held mine, that's when i herd it again. i herd it for a good 10 minutes before it stopped. So i turned my Pandora on(from Iphone) and plugged it in to my speakers, thats when my from started going from silent to ringtone. i don't believe in ghost at all and i cant find a reasonable explanation,
