Need help making a resume for an open casting call.

Tomorrow theres an open call for 13-18 year olds for the movie Space Warriors. I'm not very good at making these things and if someone is could contact me, that'd be really awesome! A few things 1. I was a (visible) extra in the movie A Smile as Big as the Moon 2. I have been modeling since i was about 13. I took classes 3. I have done multiple local shows from swimsuit, to wedding, to prom, and etc. 4. I'm seventeen, about to be a senior in highschool.

and if you contact me I can give dates and whatnot. Any help, please?? :)
