Will the IOC give us trouble?

I help out with a let's play show with a fairly large viewer base and we are hoping to set up a kind of minecraft summer Olympic show around the same time as the Olympics. My question is should we avoid using the term "Olympics" any of their other slogans and any images that are similar to the olympic rings or can we use these things as a form of satire? I'm not looking for legal consultation just some opinions and maybe some stories about use of the words/slogans/images.
