Help! Easy ways to make a lot of gold.

I've encountered this problem when I started Inferno, where I can't afford new gear, but I also cant stay alive and avoid the repair bills long enough to make any gold or find gear. None of my items sell in the AH and I'm just wondering if there is something I can do to make some gold to afford the gear I need to stay alive in inferno.
