Question regarding Grey Knights & 6th Edition

Ok so I've searched all over the net for an answer and can't find anything.

Basically what I wanna know is do nemesis force weapons still inflict instant death?

In the FAQ it states that Grey Knights force weapons are Unusual Force Weapons.

Unusual Force Weapons

Many models have unusual Force weapons that have one or more unique rules. If a force weapon has it's own unique close combat rules, treat it as an AP3 melee weapon with the additional rules and characteristics presented in its entry.

Ok so now over to the Grey Knights codex to have a look at the additional rules and characteristics about nemesis force weapons.

Nemesis Force Weapons

Note that a unit of Grey Knights with the Brotherhood of Psykers special rule needs to take only a single psychic test to 'activate' all of it's force weapons (although independent characters must roll separately). If the test is passed, all wounds caused by the units nemesis force weapons that phase inflict instant death.
