Need the best 30-50 dollar replacement video card. my 9800 gt just died on me

The best one possible in the price range. I just need it to run games in average settings and all of that. Mainly gonna use it for videos but also gonna dabble in things like Dota 2 and starcraft 2 once in a while. Thanks!
