Comedian: black, stoner, dead pan, comedy central presents

I'm looking for the name of a comedian. He has a standup special on comedy central. He's a skinny black guy with short hair that he's starting dreadlocks with. he is wearing shorts and flip flops and an unbuttoned collared shirt with a tshirt underneath, all of the clothes are neutral colors. He's got really dead pan humor, makes several stoner jokes throughout the show, and does a perfect impression of playing ping pong.
