I am in a pickle...

I have been training with a primarily nogi bjj school for about 3 years now, and I have come to have a good relationship with my instructor and have made a lot of friends through it. But we recently lost our facility and we are training at another friendly local school until our instructor can find us a new place. We did do one night of kickboxing a week (which is my strong suit) but now its seems like that will be no more. I have been debating leaving for a couple of months now, after some good friends and training partners left because they thought the school wasn't well rounded and they were learning the same shit over and over again (which we are). Keep in mind I am 16 and have been trying to make my MMA debut for quite some time. Our school is very successful in our local fight circuit, and I believe I have been ready for quite some time because I have been training kyokushin karate (a full contact badass style if some of you didn't know) for about 10 years and wrestling for about 6. I have a good friend of the family who recently opened a gym that is a primarily muay thai school, that does offer some grappling and krav maga. This decision has been eating me up inside for a long time and sometimes I cant get to sleep because I lay in bed thinking about it. I want to keep training jiu jitsu badly and I do have a loyalty to my current instructor, but im not sure I will progress if I stay there. What are you thoughts reddit? Where will I be better off??

P.S. I don't want to be awkward between me and my current instructor if I leave. What do I say to leave his school, but keep a good relationship as well?
