Why do gays think people don't like them simply because they are gay?
Feel free to downvote, I'm on a throwaway. Anyways, I meet lots of people and I eventually find out they are gay and its perfectly fine by me. I meet lots of other people (usually men) and find out instantly from their high pitched voice and effeminate characteristics that they are gay. I generally don't like these people because I don't like effeminate men in general and I know that many people feel the same way. Is it wrong for me to not like these effeminate gays? Why do gay men assume people "hate them" because they are gay?
This sounds like a stereotype for male gays but I just can't tell who is gay and who isn't very easily unless they are a stereotype.
