How can I make animated text GIFs on my iphone? (NSFW?)

My friend sent me this funny GIF of a handjob in a text message which appears to be made by using standard text and an emoji, and I was wondering if there was an easy way to make more without too much effort. heres the GIF: http://imgur.com/QvTxi
