Can't download MoP PTR and I don't think I'm in the beta.

How do I find if I'm in the beta? On my bnet page, I see my 2 wow accounts plus the Wow1 which was my 3rd starter edition account. When I download the PTR, its cataclysm and shows no online servers.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get the MoP PTR or how to tell if I got a beta inv?
