[Q] What is the average value of a freshly unboxed unusual? (Reason below)

Here, it's shown that the average loss on unboxing a crate, not accounting for the 1/100 chance of getting an unusual, is of course negative, but only by .68 of a ref for crate #23. If the average unbox of an unusual is worth 68 ref (27.2 keys), then unboxing is profitable as well as fun! Would this be confirmable? Thanks Reddit!
