Random guy gave my girlfrient and I a joint

We were biking around this park when a guy starts walking over to us, (Me[5]) he says to us "You two lovebirds smoke weed?" girlfrient quickly thinking says "No" and we bike away. Later that day we bike and see him again, I give him a high five he says "I was gonna give this to you guys."*holds up joint. after asking if he was a cop he says "Naw man!" with a smile on his face he gives it to her. Then we smoked it and it was the best day ever.
