Looking for a budget Mic mount for my new voice over studio. Any suggestions?

I'd like my mic mounted high on the wall or on the ceiling. Hinge type mount that i can push up and out of the way when not in use is what I'm picturing (studio arm?). even any suggestions for hacks of something i could build myself would be appreciated. thanks.
