When I create a user in Windows 7 can I force Windows to put the user profile on a different hard drive?

Let me explain. I have decided to do a little summer cleaning and re install windows 7 for a fresh start.

I am going to upgrade my RAM, switch to 64bit, add a sound card, and clean all the dust out, and most importantly use a 120 GB solid state hard drive.

120 GB is plenty for the OS and all my programs and games, however I worried that it might not be enough for my music, docs, pictures, movies and so on.

So I was thinking, I'll put all my stuff (besides programs) on my other hard drive! Then I remembered. Once, long long ago (year and a half) I had also tried keeping a separate OS and DATA drive. It was bad, program left and right would be putting all my data in my documents and not letting me choose. For example iTunes.

Anway... my question: Could I create an account in which \Users\MyName\ is all stored on a second hard drive and automatically stops other programs and other parts of windows from adding personal data, music, etc. onto my solid state.

Sorry for the long and needy/picky question. Also even if this would work, please alert me of any issues that I could come across.

Thanks in advance.
