Do we currently have the technology to build any kind of starship to get an adequate number of humans to another star system?

Bussard ramjet, Ion drives, light sails, Rama-like ships? What would be the most realistic method to get humans to another planet? What kind of time span would it take to build something that large in space?

Ignoring cost and finding a planet that supports us for now.
