AK-74M Painting Ideas

I own one of these: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=4006 Does anyone have any cool ideas on how to paint it? I want to keep some black on it, and I want the contractor/urban look. I have a red dot and rail mount like the one in the pictures, and I also have a fore-grip (put a hand guard with rails on it). Something that explains how to make the paint job would be super too.
