Small business hoping to set up a flexible website

Hello! My partner and I are starting a small organic vegetable business and we'd like to set up a website. We've collected a lot of content and have some limited experience with html, php, and css. We were thinking of buying a domain name and just linking it to a tumblr because for now all we're looking for is a web presence at all where we can be found by people looking for good food in our somewhat remote area. That being said, someday we'd like our website to be more than just a blog/tumblr and be able to accept (paypal?) payment online, collect interested peoples info, etc. so we'd like to explore our options/keep them open so that we might keep expanding and evolving without too much trouble.

What do you recommend? Being a young organic farm we don't have very much money, but we could commit some our budget to something so important. We appreciate any and all help! Thank you
