My friend is being held against her will and police refuse to even take my information. What do i do?

my friend is in savannah GA she is not a minor. She was guilted into moving back into her parents (they said they would lose the house without her financial help) she stayed out all night and returned in the morning. so her parents have handcuffed her and locked her in her room. she was histarical when i talked to her. she said if i have to live like this why live at all. im in Atlanta and dont know her address. i talked to her and convinced her to try to reason with her parents and inform them what they are doing is illegal then if they still had her on lock down to call 911 thats where the conversation ended. after 2 hours of not hearing from her (her parents had taken her phone but she took it back without them knowing) i texted a few times then called her very concerned. the phone rang and said this number is no longer in service. i have no idea what to do. i called 911 5 times spoke to supervisors they just say we cant help you. i know im missing pieces of the story but im panicked now. edit:i have her work address where her mom works as well but the police wont let me leave it with them they could call in the morning and get where she lives from there. im going to be doing that in the morning

EDIT: sorry guys i cant take any more stress this has been going on since 8:00pm i have to go take my mind off this some how. if you have any more suggestions please leave them i will get them in the morning
