Halp us! Old chest somehow got locked in the move... Now we can't get our stuff :(

First of all, it's pretty awesome that there's a subreddit for lockpicking.

So, my roommate and I moved a couple weeks ago and put a bunch of shit in this big old chest her parents gave her. It's at least 70 years old or so. Anyways, we had a whole bunch of people help out in the move, and somewhere along the way (no idea how) the chest got locked. There's no key nor has there been for decades.

The diameter of the circle thing (which spins around on its own) is about 1cm.

Sorry I couldn't get a better picture... no flashlight. Anyways, after watching at least 3 youtube videos and checking out http://www.lockpicking101.com/, we've determined that we're incompetent.

Is it a lever lock? A warded lock? I DON'T EVEN KNOW.
