Anyone know the Dawoodi Bhoras ?

Since last years, i heard many things about a muslim branch called Dawoodi Bhoras. I am writing a post about the Ismaelist branch and it seems that Bhoras is in this branch of Shia. I read many contradictory posts about Dawoodi Bhoras and i would know if someone know valuable information ?
