Female Cal Student Looking to Sublet for Fall Semester!!

I'm a junior looking to sublet a place for Fall semester! I'm looking to move to a safer place, preferably on the South side of campus. Budget is between 500-700 and I'm super clean and keep to myself! Please let me know if you have any suggestions!
