What good anime have you seen that doesn't hold back a goddamned thing?(violence, nudity, etc.)

Pretty much what the title says. I was recently watching watching Elfen Lied and Gantz, and there is just something about the way that nothing is held back that made me really interested in it. Usually if i see that if there is censored violence or nudity in an show I will forever feel that there will be other aspects of the show that will be dumbed down for whatever reason. Seeeing the overwhelming amount of both in these shows made me really appreciate the "I don't give a fuck" attitude the show gives off. I hope I'm not alone in thinking this, and I hope some of you have found other shows that are similar in both respects. If you do, please pleeease let me know. I finally have some time to get into a few shows and I would love to see something like these.
