Need help finding a list of the Prophecies, Seeings, and Revelations.

I tried posting this in r/christianity but it seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth.

Maybe I should have started here.

Anyway, at any given time there are at least 15 guys who are prophets, seers, and revelators. You guys vote in General Conference to uphold them in their callings, so you know it's true. And this has been true since what? 1840-ish?

I've been to the LDS Mormon web sites. There's a lot of talk about being lead by Prophets, about continuing revelation, and how important this all is. But no where can I find a simple list of Mormon Prophecies, Seeings, and Revelations.

Can some one give me the URL?
